It is only relevant for the base game the DLC plays slightly differently, with no train management or passenger collection mechanics. the music is minimalistic and used very sparingly, which makes for very memorable moments during gameplay, and even thouh the artstyle is, as aforementioned, not the most spectacular, the one glaring exception to this are the incredible backgrounds, which add to the believability of the world unlike anything else.įor some reason, this game truly speaks to me, and because of that i must highly recommend you play it, just to find out if it will touch you in the same way too.ĭisclaimer: This review contains spoilers. i do not play this game for the gameplay, as i would with something like katana zero, hades, or celeste, i instead play it for the indescribable experience i have every time i pick it up.
